In business environments where people receive a great volume of e-mails and other documents we need to ensure that our communication is structured in a way that captures our audience's attention and permits rapid processing of our messages. This course offers a powerful, research-based approach to analyzing, organizing and visually presenting information for best impact. The concept can be applied on paper, on a computer screen, or even verbally.
